Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to your use of innocentfred.garden and the services offered through it by Innocentfred Septic. When you use the site, call the number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Innocentfred Septic Does

Innocentfred Septic is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump tanks, repair septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines, or do any plumbing work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their quotes, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We make no promises about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, we encourage you to check credentials, ask for proof of license and insurance, and get a written quote.

General Information, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, when it matters, with your insurer and local health department.

What We Expect From You

Please give accurate information when you reach out, and use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs or try to get in without permission.

Contact by Phone, Text or Email

When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@innocentfred.garden.

Ownership of Content

The content and design of this website belong to Innocentfred Septic or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Innocentfred Septic is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this website, from a provider's services or from any agreement between you and a provider. The website is offered "as is," without warranties of any kind.
